Delivery is Rs. 270 to Lahore, Rs. 300 to the rest of Punjab and Rs. 370 to the rest of Pakistan. The charge is the same whether you order one fragrance or several, and the exact amount shows in your order summary before you place your order.

Orders to Lahore arrive in 2 working days. Everywhere else in Pakistan, please allow 3 to 4 working days.

Yes. Noir Musk is an online store and we deliver to your door anywhere in Pakistan. We do not deliver outside Pakistan at the moment.

Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to update the address or cancel it for you.

Online order tracking is not available yet. If you would like to know where your parcel is, contact us with your order number and we will update you.

Cash on delivery. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives, so please keep the exact amount ready.

Yes. We email an order confirmation to the address you used at checkout, and another when your order is on its way. If you cannot see it, please check your spam or promotions folder and mark it as not spam.

We will replace it. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the problem, and we will take care of the rest.

Fragrance is a personal, hygiene-sensitive product, so we cannot take back items that have been opened or used, and we do not offer returns for a change of mind. If you are unsure about a scent, you can add a tester to your order first.

When the mistake is ours (a damaged, defective or wrong item) we cover the courier cost.

Eau de Parfum is a richer concentration of fragrance oils than an Eau de Toilette, which gives a fuller scent that tends to last longer on the skin.

Every Noir Musk fragrance comes in a 50ml bottle.

A tester lets you try a scent before committing to a full bottle. In your cart, choose the tester you want under each fragrance; each one is Rs. 0.
